At Home in Midlothian

As many of you know we decided to move to Waxahachie area this summer, after Mark was offered a scholarship for SMU Law School. It wasn’t until after we go back from honeymooning in Mexico that we found a place. We had looked before and several things seemed to fall through. After another morning of disappointing searching for apartments, we were driving down highway 287 and saw a big ‘now leasing’ sign. I didn’t even want to try because it was a real neighborhood with big houses and I figured it would be out of our budget. But thankfully Mark is stubborn and went ahead to turn around and check it out. We contacted the realtor and thankfully we were able to afford the cute duplexes in a nice neighborhood. We saw a few different duplexes and decided upon the one at 322 Blake Lane. It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom duplex… it is nice and big and has a huge backyard for the girls. It was perfect. And, it seems as though it just fell in our laps. Here are a few pictures of our new home…

Mexico

The wedding was so perfect and the honeymoon was amazing! The Riveria Maya Region of Mexico is so beautiful! This is the view of our back patio at the resort! I would recommend our resort to everyone... El Dorado Royale. I am already thinking of when we can go back!
